Connect with OnOffice

Step 1

Enable the PROPUP connection in the onOffice Marketplace.

Step 2

Click “Continue to activation”.

Step 3

Define the user permissions. Then copy the API key into the designated field and click “Activate now”.

The connection is now active, and the status should change to “Active”.

Exporting properties and customer data

In your onOffice property view, click “Export to PROPUP”.

The selected property, along with all linked customer data, will then be exported to PROPUP.

Important:

Individual customer records cannot be exported without being linked to a property.

If you do not yet have a PROPUP account, click “Register” on the login screen and create one.
