E-Mail-Templates

In this section, you will learn how to configure your email templates in PROPUP to communicate with your customers in a more personalized way.

Reset to Default

By clicking this button, all templates will be reset to the PROPUP default settings.

Variables / Placeholders

PROPUP uses variables that are automatically filled when sending an email. These placeholders should not be removed but can be repositioned if needed.

Variables are marked with curly brackets (e.g. {EXAMPLE}). Make sure to use the exact syntax.

Below are the most important variables:

{PROPERTY_ADDRESS}

Displays the property address. Can be used in both the subject line and the email body.

{SIGNATURE}

Inserts your saved email signature. You can edit your signature at any time.

{DOCUMENT_URL}

Links to the relevant customer documents (e.g. a handover protocol), depending on the form used.

The link is embedded as a hyperlink, as the actual URL is not user-friendly.

Special Variables / Placeholders

These variables are only available in specific templates:

{CUSTOMER_PORTAL_LINK}

This link to the customer portal can be used in email templates for handover protocols and the customer portal.

As with {DOCUMENT_URL}, it is embedded as a hyperlink. You may change the displayed text, but do not modify the variable itself.

*{CUSTOMER_PORTAL_TEXT}

This is a predefined text that cannot be modified.

It is only included if you specify during a viewing that the customer should receive access to the customer portal.

The text reads:

“Here you can find more details and your documents: Link to the customer portal”
