Allow Pop-ups in Your Browser (Chrome, Safari & iOS)

To ensure all PROPUP features work correctly (e.g. login windows or document views), pop-ups must be enabled in your browser.

Google Chrome (Desktop)

Step 1

Open Chrome and click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.

Step 2

Select “Settings”.

Step 3

Go to “Privacy and security” → “Site Settings”.

Step 4

Click “Pop-ups and redirects”.

Step 5

Select “Allowed” or add PROPUP specifically under “Allow”.

Safari (macOS)

Step 1

Open Safari and click “Safari” → “Settings”.

Step 2

Go to the “Websites” tab.

Step 3

Select “Pop-up Windows”.

Step 4

Set the PROPUP website to “Allow” or enable pop-ups for all websites.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

Step 1

Open the Settings app on your device.

Step 2

Scroll down and tap “Safari”.

Step 3

Disable “Block Pop-ups” (the toggle should be off).

iPhone / iPad (Chrome)

Step 1

Open the Chrome app.

Step 2

Tap the three dots (…) in the bottom right corner.

Step 3

Go to “Settings” → “Content Settings”.

Step 4

Tap “Block Pop-ups” and turn it off.

Note

If pop-ups are blocked, the following issues may occur:

• Login windows may not open
• Connections to external tools (e.g. Justimmo, onOffice) may fail
• Documents may not display correctly
