NEW: PROPUP for private property owners

Today, we’re introducing something new: PROPUP for private property owners.

We founded PROPUP in Vienna in 2021. Since then, we’ve been helping real estate businesses manage their workflows digitally.

Now, we’re expanding our focus to the everyday lives of people who own property.

Because owning property comes with ongoing questions:
Which deadline is coming up next? How much do I still owe on my loan? Where’s the rental agreement? And how much of my property’s estimated value remains after deducting the outstanding loan balance?

With PROPUP for private property owners, we want to bring all this information together in one place. For everyone who lives in their own apartment or house. And for everyone who rents out property privately.

In practice, that means keeping track of rental agreements and loans. Getting timely reminders about deadlines and maintenance. And gaining a better understanding of how your property wealth changes over time.

Getting started should be simple, too: take a photo of your contract or upload it, then review and confirm the automatically extracted details.

As founders, we’re especially excited about this next step. We’re opening up PROPUP to a new audience.
